移取10mL試驗(yàn)溶液A置于50mL燒杯中,加1滴溴酚藍(lán)指示液,用氫氧化鈉溶液或硝酸溶液調(diào)節(jié)溶液的pH值,使溶液恰呈黃色。加入1mLKCl標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溶液[c(KCl)=0.005mol/L],再加入乙醇,使乙醇與試驗(yàn)溶液的體積比為3:1,總體積不大于40mL,以下按GB/T3050-2000中6.2“以下操作按4.6中……同時(shí)進(jìn)行空白試驗(yàn)”規(guī)定進(jìn)行操作。
