用氯化鉀為原料,從離子膜電解槽流出的淡鹽水經(jīng)過脫氯塔脫去氯氣,進(jìn)入鹽水飽和槽制成飽和鹽水,而后再加入氫氧化 鉀、碳酸鉀等化學(xué)品,鹽水進(jìn)入澄清槽澄清,但是從澄清槽出來的一次精制鹽水還有一些是懸浮物,對(duì)鹽水精制的螯合樹脂塔 將產(chǎn)生不良影響。
With potassium chloride as the raw material, the dilute brine flowing out of the ionic membrane electrolyzer goes through the dechlorination tower to remove chlorine, enters the brine saturation tank to make saturated brine, and then adds potassium hydroxide, potassium carbonate and other chemicals. The brine enters the clarifier for clarification. However, some of the primary refined brine coming out of the clarifier are suspended solids, which will have a negative impact on the chelating resin tower for brine refining.
一般要求鹽水中的懸浮物小于1PPm,因此需要經(jīng)過鹽水過濾器過濾。而后經(jīng)過二次精制,即鹽水進(jìn)入螯合樹脂塔除去其中 的鈣、鎂,就可以加到離子膜電解槽的陽極室。
Generally, the suspended solids in the brine are required to be less than 1PPM, so they need to be filtered by the brine filter. After secondary refining, the brine enters the chelating resin tower to remove calcium and magnesium, and then it can be added to the anode chamber of the ion membrane electrolyzer.
與此同時(shí),純水和液堿一同進(jìn)到陰極室。通入直流電后,在陽極室產(chǎn)生氯氣和流出淡鹽水經(jīng)分離器分離,氯氣輸送到氯氣 總管,淡鹽水一般含KCl200-220g/l,經(jīng)脫氯氣去飽和槽。
At the same time, pure water and liquid caustic soda enter the cathode chamber together. After the DC power is supplied, the chlorine gas generated in the anode chamber and the light salt water flowing out are separated by the separator, and the chlorine gas is delivered to the chlorine header. The light salt water generally contains KCl200-220g/l and goes to the saturation tank through the dechlorination gas.
在電解槽的陰極室產(chǎn)生氫氣和30-32%液堿同樣也經(jīng)過分離器,氫氣輸送到氫氧總管。30-32%的液堿可以作為商品出售,也 可以送到蒸發(fā)裝置蒸濃到48%的液堿,作商品出售,再濃縮即可制成片、固體氫氧化鉀產(chǎn)品。
The hydrogen generated in the cathode chamber of the electrolytic cell and 30-32% liquid alkali also pass through the separator, and the hydrogen is delivered to the hydrogen oxygen header. 30-32% of the liquid caustic soda can be sold as a commodity, or it can be sent to the evaporation unit to evaporate to 48% of the liquid caustic soda for sale as a commodity, and then concentrated into tablets and solid potassium hydroxide products.
